A Lily and Lionel bestseller, the Matilda Dress features the new season Tortoiseshell Lilac print. Hand-painted onto a banana check fabric - developed from otherwise discarded banana stems - it creates a natural depth and sheen to the larger scale animal print. Every thoughtful detail remains: a narrow square neckline (so that a bra remains covered), elasticated shoulders for comfort and handy pockets. Gentle puff sleeves to the elbow and a midi length complete the silhouette.
