PACKAGING
All Lily and Lionel pieces are delivered in our opulent signature packaging. Each item is individually packed in virgin pulp tissue that is 100% recyclable and gros grain ribbon. They are also delivered in Lily and Lionel pouches so that you can cherish your treasures for years to come.

DELIVERY
Orders received before 1pm Monday to Friday will be despatched Royal Mail next day delivery signed for (UK and Northern Ireland). All orders are processed during working hours Monday to Friday, for example, if you place an order at 11am on Saturday morning, this will be despatched on Monday.

For all orders outside of the UK items will be sent using Royal Mail International Signed For™. For Western Europe delivery is three working days, Eastern Europe is four working days and the rest of the world is five working days.
